The New Standard in Client Satisfaction Metrics: The Squirrel Satisfaction Comparison Chart

Written by Preston Moore on 22 March 2011. Posted in random

First, let me apologize to whoever made the squirrels that I ripped off from Google images.  You did however state that the images were free for personal use, and although this is my company's website, It's 11:00 PM CST, clearly after hours and on my own time.  Not to mention, if anyone hires us because of this post they're an idiot, so I doubt I'll get any real "commercial" use out of them.

With that said, I'd like to share a new method of displaying your customer/client satisfaction data with potential customers/clients which we will be rolling out next week to all of our clients.  It's called the Squirrel Satisfaction Comparison Chart and was created through years of research by Customer Service expert David Thorne.
The theory is simple, which makes me wonder why it took years of research but anyway; we're all just squirrels trying to get a nut.  If we get a nut, we're satisfied.  If we don't get a nut, we're not satisfied.  The graphic below demonstrates the theory put into action for one7media using Thorne's Squirrel Satisfaction Comparison Chart method.

If you would like to find out more about how one7media can help implement this and other cutting edge techniques into your current media channels, feel free to call anytime except weekdays and after 12am Saturday thru 11:59pm Sunday.

* Disclaimer - no squirrels were harmed in the making of this blog.  A nut was used for demonstration purposes only.  Clients of one7media don't actually recieve a nut and we discourage anyone from using our services under that assumption.  The squirrels' teeth were created by a third party who we ripped the graphics from.  Any resemblemce to someone's real teeth is purely coincidental and extremely funny but it's not our problem.
